Delivery Method:
Orders typically ship the next business day or within 24 hours of purchase. Orders placed over weekends and holidays will ship on the next working business day. Please note that shipping may be delayed due to inclement weather, supply chain, or other carrier-related issues. We typically ship with UPS and USPS.
Shipping Fee:
The free shipping option is typically economy shipping and may take 1-2 days longer than standard "ground" shipping. We cannot ship heavy-weighted orders to P.O Boxes. In such cases, please provide a physical address instead of a P.O Box address.
International Shipping:
Currently, we only ship to physical addresses within the United States. We do not offer shipping to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or any other international destinations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Damages:
There is a chance that your order has been lost or damaged in transit, failed to be delivered to the correct location, or has been stolen. There is also a small chance that it has failed to leave our facility on time or is defective. If your product arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Please provide pictures or proof of the damaged product and we will gladly reship it free of charge. Chica De Pora is not responsible for replacement or refund if the package is lost or never received after leaving our facility.
Returns Policy:
For product returns, we reserve the right to withhold payment for the return shipping cost. To initiate a return, please send the product back unused and in its original packaging. Kindly attach proof of purchase or original receipt into package.
We suggest all returns be sent with a traceable carrier and that you first email customer service at sales@chicadepora.com. Please send us your order number and a brief message explaining your reasoning for making the return. We will respond as quickly as possible with instructions on how to return your order.

Refund Policy:
- Please allow 2-4 business days for the processing of returns and exchanges.
- Refunds will in most cases be issued to the same credit card or payment method used for the original purchase.
- Please allow up to 15 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. For PayPal refunds, the transfer will be immediate. If you do not see the refund within the specified time frame, please contact your banking institution. If the issue persists, contact us, and we will assist in resolving the matter.

Refund or replacement of the product is our only obligation and or guarantee. Any sale over $200.00 will be considered a commercial transaction. Commercial refunds will be assessed (on a case-by-case basis) with a 50% restocking fee. Refunds are limited to one item per person, customer, or address.
It is fraudulent and illegal under the US Mail Fraud Statutes (1 USC, Sections 1341-1342), to use multiple addresses to get multiple refunds. Chica De Pora will not be responsible for any type of damage or be obligated for any type of compensation. The use of our products is at your own risk, results and experiences may vary.
