General Use: Apply 2–3 drops of oil to your palms. Gently massage it into clean hair, eyelashes, eyebrows, scalp, skin, nail cuticles, or any other desired area. Allow the oil to absorb for at least 15 minutes. Reapply as needed.
Hair & Conditioning: Apply 1-3 drops of oil to your palms. Gently massage it into the roots of your hair, then work outward toward the ends. Leave in for about one hour, then rinse with shampoo. If left in overnight, thoroughly wash hair next morning. Wear a hair towel or sleep cap to avoid staining. You can also add 1–4 drops of oil to your conditioner for extra moisture.
Lashes & Brows: Using a clean mascara wand or a cotton swab, dip into the oil and remove any excess. Brush along the upper and lower lash lines, moving from the base toward the tips. For brows, apply 1–3 drops of oil and gently massage it in. Use nightly before bed and wash it off in the morning.
Skin Moisturizer: Apply a small amount of castor oil to clean skin or onto a cotton pad. For best results, apply to freshly cleansed or damp skin. Apply to skin and gently massage in a circular motion. For best results, apply before bedtime to allow the oil to penetrate deeply into the skin. It can be used on your entire body, including your scalp and feet.
Nails: Place a small amount of oil on a cotton pad or swab. Apply to your nails and cuticles to promote a shinier appearance.
Wellness Packs: Soak a piece of wool or cloth in castor oil, then place it over the targeted area. Cover this with plastic wrap and apply a dry heat source, such as a hot water bottle or heating pad. Leave it on for at least one hour. Consult a healthcare professional before adding this practice to your wellness routine.
Joint Pain/Arthritis: Warm a small amount of castor oil and massage it into affected joints. Wrap the area with a cloth and place a hot water bottle over it.
Pet Care: Mix a few drops of castor oil with your pet’s shampoo to help their coat appear shinier.
Disclaimer: Conduct a patch test first to ensure you have no allergic reaction to castor oil. Always consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new treatment, especially if you have pre-existing conditions or are taking other medications. For external use only.
